Yale produces numerous IC or Internal Combustion forklifts as part of their fleet. These lift trucks are engineered according to their particular specifications so that these machines could perform many tasks in a wide range of businesses. These trucks use Yale in-line, 4 cylinder Mazda engines, either 2.2 or 2.0L units and GM engines in 2.4L and 4.3L capacities. These types of engines are extremely effective, durable and very strong. They have been proven for reliability and performance.
Yale's innovative engineering and design have produced Hi-Vis Masts. These masts have quickly gained a reputation for being exceptionally well built while also providing unsurpassed visibility. All parts are made to offer long-life, low-maintenance capabilities and excellent performance.
The pneumatic I.C.E. Forklifts produced by Yale are manufactured and engineered to operate in some of the harshest terrain and most demanding industries. For example, the Yale GP-VX Series features rugged 6 cylinder and 4 cylinder GM, Cummins, Yanmar and Mazda engines, available in liquid propane gas, Gasoline and Diesel models. These particular engines are application proven for providing remarkable overall performance and reliability.
Yale's Techtronix is a different superior product which electronically controls the transmission to give better durability and performance. Yale Hi-Vis mast incorporates solid construction, superior visibility and innovative engineering and design. All parts are manufactured to offer extended, low-maintenance life while providing exceptional performance.
Narrow Aisle Important Components Carriage & Reach Assembly
Both the carriage and reach assembly on a narrow aisle truck will go through significant amounts of stress in a full shift. The high durability of these components is completely needed so as to make sure that the lift truck maintains high production levels. Yale reach mechanisms are particularly designed using heavy-duty parts so as to extend the part's long life and total durability. For more durability, at the end of the stroke, the reach assembly is cushioned. This design feature helps to offer excellent durability and maintain operator ergonomics. Superior visibility is maintained by the open carriage design that provides optimal house routing.
Reach Assembly Rear Carrier:
In order to force durability and rigidity by resisting side to side forces, the reach assembly rear carrier is mounted on angled load rollers. The inner frame assembly offers a stronger inner frame. This particular design is made to withstand shocks and vibration during handling cargo. There are many thick inner frame side weldments specially constructed for added durability.
